hi, i dont download too much and i must be careful with connection to not use too much bandwith. si i have amule set to upload 3kb/s and download 9kb/s in preferences, which is ok according to faq (From 0KBps to 3KBps: DownloadLimit can't be more than UploadLimit*3)
usually i have downloads where i have to wait a lot until it wil start to get some data, but yesterday it was quick and i was a bit shocked by it because while upload was really limited and was under 3kb/s, download was ~40kb/s and i was completely locking everyone else. fortunately file i was downloading was at 95% so it finished in few minutes but anyway, is there anything i can do against such behaviour?
i use amule 2.1.3 on windows xp sp2 professional
