stuck at "completing"

I have the poblem that downloaded files get stuck with status "completing".
"Transferred" shows the full file size, "Completed" shows 0%, "Progress" shows 0% in green.
in the Temp folder, the corresponding part file has full size, but is not transferred to the Incoming folder.
the logile says that it stopped uploading of the file, and that the hash had been newly compiled.

any ideas how to proceed?

(amuled had been stopped and restarted - no effect)
aMuleD SVN compiled with wxBase(GTK2) v3.0.3

... the problem resolved itself aftr 3 days - without restart - no idea why!
