avoid kids playing with flag to run CVS release

Hi,

I think I'm not the only one who is a bit annoyed by this stupid special flag needed to run CVS relase. In my mind, people who get such release know what he/she doing !
So It could be greate to remove this for now.

You know, our beloved devs are really evil. And as they are evil they like to torture us poor users with strange desu-desu-desu-thingies.

But we could start a competition for the weirdest and most difficult to type flag. I'm sure our evil devs would be pleased and they could concentrate on their work instead of thinking about new ways to torture the users. :P

Don't mind  :P I made my own tool which do almost everything to build new debian packages of CVS tarballs, which is also get the flag  :)) but I still have to update init script for now...
So the real game is to change location/name of flag  8o !

 :] I think there is best things to do in code.
