Title: Upload restriction

Hi,

I'm a new user of aMule running Mac OS 10.4.6 and have a question regarding the upload configuration. When I'm try to download some files, I have to wait until a connection is made. So far thats normal. But I notice while waiting the upload from others is very high. I don't have problems to share files with others, but with these settings I run out of upload-restriction with my server and can't surf anymore after two days connection with aMule.

So, how can I set the upload to a minimum?

10kB is the minimum you have to set, to get unlimited download

if its lower the download is limited to 3x the uplaod

so if you upload 9 -> 3x9 27 for download
