Title: Windows installer for aMule 2.1.2

Here it comes again, the installer of aMule for Windows systems.

Let's get straight to the point:
You may notice, that there are no more *-ansi-* and *-unicode-* versions of the installer. This single installer _should_ work for Windows 9x and XP/NT/2000 too (note: _should_ work, because I couldn't test it on a WIn'9x machine).

Contents:

• aMule monolithic application
• ed2k.exe for sending links to the monolithic app
• aMule Remote GUI
• aLinkCreator (alc and alcc)
• wxCas and cas
• language files
• the usual documentation

Still there is no support for either the daemon or the webserver.

Any chance of compiling just the aMuleGUI?   :)

Ooops, I forgot aMuleGUI from the list. Added.
