Maybe reason is old version of wxGTK cause everthing is ok on 2.1.1, maybe there are some conflictions between wxGTK 2.6.2 and aMule 2.1.2, here is the backtrace

Firs, upgrade wx to 2.6.3. Then, if a crash occurs, compile with debug information.

Cheers!

After installing wxGTK 2.6.3, no more crash occurs
Thanks for your advice
3 days later ....
It crashed again all day, then i have compiled it with debug info, i have been waiting for 10 minutes, when it crashes i will report it

I've been testing since yesterday, i have not close the amule yet, but this time i'm not using any bandwith shaper like trickle but gnu debugger, let's see what wiil be happened?
P.S: In my opinion the problem was being caused by trickle which is a bandwith shaper

gecici90,
If the problem was in trickle, then trickle should abort. aMule should not abort because of other program, mainly if they are different processess.
Anyway, it is hard to say anything witout a proper backtrace (with debug symbols).
Cheers!
