Hello Folks,
I'm a new user of aMule and after one hour of work aMule crashs and give me this error in the log file
i'm using wxGTK-2.6.3
and aMule 2.1.2
i'm also using fuse-2.5.3 and ntfsprogs-1.13.0 to save the downloaded file into an NTFS partition
Here the error:
2006-06-07 01:39:06: PartFiles: Error while saving part-file: SafeIO::IOFailure: Error writing to file: No se pudo asignar memoria
could someone help me?
is it an NTFS support problem?

Welcome liloh4a!
As far as I know it's atm only possible to write complete files to the hdd. This means you can use the ntfs-volume for you Incoming folder, but you should move the Temp-folder to another partition.
I hope I'm not misinformed and this helps you.

and yes its definetly a ntfs problem, since ntfs and linux support is far away from being stable..
unless you haveto you should never use ntfs under linux, use fat32 if you want to share partitions between win32/linux

Thanks you both for the answer :-P
I tried to start aMule and set the temp and the incoming dir to an ext2 partition and it is working fine since 3 hours!!!!
I'm sorry for my english but I'm an italian user :-)
Thanks again folks....
