Title: Fatal Error

I cant start my amule i got such an error:
could not create  te aMule configuration directory at location 'C:\Documents and settings\Breez\Application Data\aMule\'. Please check permissions and restart aMule.  
i am computer administrator i have all the permissions so i do not understant whats going on. please help me.
