hello everybody.

now i  translated some pages with Ed2k_links_handling-ko_KR.
but i can't change links of main-ko_KR.
please change link to Ed2k_links_handling-ko_KR from Ed2k_links_handling.

now i added korean translation of the Report_a_bug-ko_KR.
so someone should change links of main-ko_KR.
