Title: How can I get a full conection (two green arrow)?

I´m new in aMule and my problem is that I can´t get a full conection (two green arrows -I´ve got tow yellow arrows). I´ve not idea about what can I do.

If you've problems to solve this on your own, please tell us whether you've enabled the mac os x firewall and if you own a router.
