Title: Cannot connect server.met

Hi all,

I cannot connect to ED2K networks my log paste:

2006-11-30 13:13:02: Connecting client: aMulecmd 2.1.3
2006-11-30 13:13:02: Access granted.
2006-11-30 13:13:08: No valid servers found in server list
2006-11-30 13:13:18: External connection closed.

my server.met in ~/.aMule

wget http://www.srv1000.com/azz/server.met

amulecmd:

aMulecmd$ connect
 > Connecting to ED2K...
 > Connecting to Kad...
aMulecmd$ status
 > ED2K: Not connected
 > Kad: Not connected
 > Download:    0 bytes/sec
 > Upload:      0 bytes/sec
 > Clients in queue:    0
 > Total sources:       0
aMulecmd$ exit

Ok, exiting aMulecmd...

What's the matter?

Try to use this ip address to get server list
http://ocbmaurice.dyns.net/pl/slist.pl?download/server-best.met

Hi, I'm with the same problem. The address tha came with the amule is http://ocbmaurice.dyns.net/pl/slist.pl?d...server-best.met, and i've tryed more than 15 others address and i still can't start the amule. What can I do?

Very odd behaviour here,

i noticed similar when i use the gui version but i collect from 4 different places:

http://ed2k.2x4u.de/60oq5fwv/max/server.met
http://www.server-met.de/dl.php?load=gz&trace=32356770.3611


and i think the first server.met is malformed therefore you will not be able to connect to any server.

i think its malformed in the way that the port number has been put in the wrong place or its corrupt or just wrong(clutching at straws now!!)

try another server.met & see if they work dont forget to delete all the ones in the current known servers list
