Good day, I read on an italian online news site (www.punto-informatico.it) that a private company analyze hash of shared files in the *Mule networks to identifiy their files. I suppose it should be nice to have a way to change downloaded file to let them usable but different from the original one, so the hash code doesn't match between shared and original. I don't know really if and how it could be realized, maybe padding the file with a fake header that you have to manually remove, I just wanted to share my idea :)

Your idea can't work. As soon as the hash is different you got two independent and unrelated files in ed2k.
