I don't know how to make packages, otherwise i could create the packages for Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty x86_64....
-
Well, if you know how to compile, then it is very easy to create a quick-and-dirty package with checkinstall. Just execute checkinstall instead of make install, fill out some fields like pkg-name and maintainer and it will create a package for you.
The proper way is using the debtools and all the files in the debian folder, but the folder shipped with the tarball is for Debian and needs some adjustments in order to work with Ubuntu. Search the web or ask Vollstrecker if you want to do this, but checkinstall packages work just as well and are way easier.
-
You can use this script (http://idasdepella.com/?p=38). You only have to change make install by checkinstall

Hi, the latest version 13/08 crashes randomly after 1-2 min. Is there a way to see what causes that?

I don't know. My amuled is working perfect.
You can test another package ¿06/08/2007?
-
Iḿ not using the amuled. So i guess itś something with the wxgtk. The version from the 30.7. seems to work normal, so i guess it must be something with the cvs....
-
It seems that I can't use this, without a proper amule-utils-gui. Or am I'm missing something?
sudo dpkg -i amule_20070819-22_i386.deb

You probably have to remove amule-utils-gui and all other conflicting packages before you can install this package.
Edit: The packages by Utiliario do contain the amule-utils-gui, but they are all in one package, not splitted in multiple package like in the official repositories.
