Title: How Do I Use FileHash (WWW)

Well I was searching up files and wanted to find out what search results would come up, it sent me to a website, now I'm unsure what I do to download the file when it is found on this website. I.e. the search results come up on the wbepage I click on the file I want, but how do I download that file???
