Title: it would be great if you could adjust the speed at certain times

It would be great if you could adjust the download speed at certain times.
i get 30g between 7am - 12pm the another 30g from 12pm - 7am on my plan
i use up most of my download limit during the 7am - 12pm it would be great if
during this time i could slow it down the after 12pm run it at full speed automatically.

Which operating system do you use? On any *nix system, this is easily achieved by using amulecmd and cronjobs and on Windows there's something similar as well.

The commands in amulecmd are "set bwlimit down" and " set bwlimit up" with a value in KB/s
