Title: Doubleclick on tray icon does not bring emule to front

I use the win32 version 2.1.3 of amule.  I noticed something really annoying:

When i doubleclick on the amule icon in the tray, the amule window does not come to front by remains minimized on the taskbar.
The same bug also applies to amulegui by the way.
