Title: The toolbar of the win32 version 2.1.3 of Amule keeps refreshing

I use the win32 version of amule.  I noticed something really annoying:

the toolbar (by that i mean the buttons bar with the buttons like Networks, Searches, Transfers, etc) keeps on refreshing (flickering).
It gives the impression that Amule is very nervous and consequentially makes me very nervous also. ::)

The same bug also applies to amulegui by the way.

That's happening on the mac version too, I filed a bug for it: http://www.amule.org/abugs/view.php?id=1159
