I'm wondering two things: one of them has more to do with my knowledge of the Linux fs tree structure. Where is the aMule folder located because i had an issue, that is mentioned in the forum but gives an alternative rather than a solution, with no server.met file, or update. Traditiional locations like www.emule-project.net "failed to download" and the server list would not be updated. I did find a server list, but i'm still wondering on he topic.
Also, are there any aMule mods? I did a search on sourceforge and the web but found none. eMule had a number of mods and i thought there might be similar projects in the works for aMule. I wonder because d/l speeds are slow round at 10.0 kbps which is exactly what I experienced with eMule, and then I find the XMule Mod on sourceforge and download speeds went up to like 40-120kbps. I figure it had something to do with the anti-leecher file, but I don't know much about such things.,
Any answers? please be detailed as your time allows.

Hi ghost7uv9,
There's only one aMule mod I know of and this one is not supported here. (It's made for an Italian ISP)
The aMule folder is located in ~/.aMule whereas ~ is your home folder e.g. /home/ghost7uv9/ and .aMule is a hidden folder within this directory.
