New update 12/12/2007
-
Updated, thanks.
-
Hi Wuischke, new update as of December 23.
Merry Christmas to the whole aMule Team!
-
Auguro un buon natale anche a te. (è corretto? Imparo il italiano da poco tempo...)
Thank you, I've committed the update.
I want to ask you a favour as well: Could you please attach the po file without zipping it? This would make the job of updating the translation a little bit faster. Thanks.
-
Hi Wuischke, you have a good Italian!
Ecco il nuovo file con le ultime traduzioni.
Ciao, a presto.
-
I've committed the updated, special thanks for attaching the file unzipped!
Thanks, but I still have a lot too learn.
By the way: It's really confusing to use the suffix -i for a feminine substantive. (la traduzione -> le traduzioni). It follows a logic, as nouns ending with -ione (for instance la connessione or l'azione) are always feminine, but it is confusing nonetheless.

Another update
-
Thank you, I've committed the update.

Latest modifications translated, minor fixes.
Wuischke, sorry for the long delay but HEY! we'll have a new baby just after Easter and we are a little busy...
Best Regards
P.S.: Come procede lo studio dell'italiano?

we'll have a new baby just after Easter and we are a little busy...
Congratulations! I wish you all the best! And never forget that real life > aMule.
Thanks for the translation, it's already in SVN.
P.S.: Come procede lo studio dell'italiano?
Abbastanza bene. Mi piace molto la lingua e già capisco molti testi e posso parlare un po' con i miei amici italiani. Sono contento, grazie per domandare.
-
I will be a little busy over the next 2-3 weeks so this could be the last translation in this period of time.
Any news about the new release? I'm on Mac and actually I rely on a CVS version ;-)
Regards,
Luca

Hey luca,
don't you worry, I can understand pretty well that you have more important things to do now. :) I'll just use babelfish to create new translations while you're away...:D
No, seriously: Thanks for the update, it's committed. I really hope to have a new release soon™, maybe we'll have a release during your busy time. [That's no promise, unfortunately. :(]
Regards,
Johannes

Just in case you're really thinking about using babelfish, I have a new translation here and I'm not afraid of using it.
-
Allow me to answer using babelfish English->Italian->English:
They are enough sure that I could even translate more best of the babelfish.
In any case, thankses for the modernization. As you can see that they are not frightened of using Babelfish neanche.
(Yes, it did really translate "thankses".)
-
Nuntio vobis gaudium magnum!
We've got a new baby and a new translation.
Here it is.
Regards,
Luca
-
Thanks a lot, committed!
And congratulations for the new baby!
-
It seems I can't sleep much these days so I wasted some time to update the translation...
P.S.: can you extend the concept of "soon™"'? :D
-
P.S.: can you extend the concept of "soon™"'? :D
We're saying that since two years ago. Any more question?
-
Thanks, I've committed the update. (Please be aware that there are new strings as of this morning.)
Regarding the release date: Later than the next version of eMule, but earlier than Duke Nukem Forever.

New strings added

Grazie mille, aggiornato.

Here an updated traaslation.

I guess after pull request #107 (https://github.com/amule-project/amule/pull/107) and commit 2027b0c (https://github.com/amule-project/amule/commit/2027b0c3e62a1b88d1b3f6329e96c79ffd6cd0dc) this is no longer required.
