Title: downloads!!!!

Hi
I've installed aMule 1.1.2-1 in my Red Hat 9, I'm able to get connected to others servers; but I can't download any file....
I've never upload any file... Could I think that this problem is caused by not been upload any file?
I confiigured ports 4662 4672 as other says in the forum but seems to be equal
all downloads I try looks in waiting status
please help me

did i understand it right -> ur running aMule/eMule/xMule for the first time, and u don't have any files to share ?!?

aMule uses (like eMule) the credit system, maybe thats the reason why u have to wait longer for a download ..

well I have a few files to share, and noone has uploaded them....
I want to know if first i have to upload files, to be able to download!
How can I get sombody to get my files?

how long did you wait for your downloads?

i would wait a little longer or search for any file that has 100+ sources and start downloading that. this way someone is bound to start uploading parts from you which gives you credits.

Well i've waited for half day and, in this moment I've shared a variety of sound archive and images...
