Title: New to aMule, how do i see download progress?

How do i view the how my downloads are progressing. The bottom of my window says Up: 0,4 | Down: 0,0 but my log says I'm downloading.

The Log file will always display 'Downloading file' and when you cancle file aswell...it dosen't mean you are currently downloading it..

just wait a while, or pick a file with more sources...

Go to the transfers tab, and to see the sources, double-click over your download file.
