Title: Language setting is resetted each second time

How to reproduce:

1) set LANG to Polish for example
2) run amule
3) notice Polish in all messages
4) set any language != default, for example English
5) OK
6) quit amule
7) run amule
8) notice English
9) check the settings --> default language (if you quit and run it amule again you get Polish back)
