Title: Show flags in server tab when built with geoip support

The geoip support looks nice, but I wonder why the servers only show the country prefix and not the flag (they show nl, us, de...).

Would be nice if they could show the country flag too.

Presently, changing that requires that we manually do drawing on that list, which itself requires quite a bit of work. However, as I intend to refactor manual drawing of the lists, it will be added sometime in the near future.
