Hi all,
I am using an SVN version of amule (as of the 15th of January IIRC). Even though I unchecked the "only used scrambled connections" option in the security settings, I am still only uploading to people who have that lil' blue key in their user agent icon. The others are bounced away: they disapear as soon as they show up in the upload list. I have seen this behaviour long enough to rule out randomness. Note that I can download from both scrambled and clear connections.
So, am I doing something wrong, is this a known problem, am I the only one to see this, could this be caused be any other upstream parameters (firewall, router...) or... should I report a bug?

Thanks, I'll take a look at that.

I have some more info about that problem:
1/ When I say scrambled connexion, it seems like you should read 'obfuscated' instead of scrambled. The French translation was sort of misleading, sorry...
2/ I just spoted one guy that did manage to download from me even though he or she did not have the lil' blue key on the client icon (emule 0.47a if that matters, though I also saw other emule 0.47a client being bounced away since then)
3/ I got to see some more details about the bounce process. First the client gets the "connecting" status. Then a lil' blue key shows up on the client icon and the status immediately changes to "downloading" and then the client disapears.
I hope that helps. Let me know if I can do anything else to be helpful.
Cheers

Also, just to be clear, the fact that I spotted one that managed to upload despite not using obfuscated connexion does not make my initial report irrelevant because it's still one out of a bezillion who bounce. This was just to underline that this is not 100% impossible to see this...
