I used the same IP, Port, nodes.dat for eMule and aMule's configuration, eMule can connect to the KAD, but aMule just send the request and I haven't seen any response using wireshark, I also stopped the iptables on my ubuntu, so it shouldn't be the firewall problem because my windows machine and linux machine for test is on the same location! My aMule's version is CVS20080508. Could anyone give me a help? Thanks!

Please explain your network configuration. What do you mean by "my windows machine and linux machine for test is on the same location" ?
-
It means that my windows machine and linux machine are both located within the same network and behind the same firewall.
-
So your ports are forwarded to the windows machine, and that's why aMule doesn't work on the Linux machine ?
"Behind the same firewall" is not enough info to help you.

If you are runing both at the same time, than the one is preventing the other from working correctly.
If this isn't the case, than I would suggest to get a new nodes.dat
-
I found the solution! I used aMule 2.2.0 not aMule 2.1.3, so the nodes.dat isn't suitble for 2.2.0, but does anyone can give a correct nodes.dat for 2.2.0?
