Here fnd a package built against Mandriva 2008 Spring. Menus are in Internet/plus or Internet/File transfer depending on your menu mode

For those who want to provide an RPM for any Mandriva Spring 2008 platform (Tsiolkowsky is already preparing x86_64)

Here the spec file for 2.2.1

OldFrog could update the wiki information about the compilation of aMule (and if you want rpm packaging) in the latest versions of Madriva? With that information is the latest version would be a great contribution

For your version mandriva compile rpm source :

open console
loging root

type for install requis devel:

urpmi --buildrequires amule-2.2.1-1plf2009.0.src.rpm

always choose choice 1

after requis devel install type:

rpm --rebuild amule-2.2.1-1plf2009.0.src.rpm
