Title: What do the icons mean next to downloads in the transfers page?

The transfers page, next to downloads, has icons, green or red "i" or "ii" or upside down "i", or a pic of a notepad.

What do these mean?

What do these mean?

The the file has comments. Select show comments (right mouse button) and you will see them.
