Title: Troubleshooting please help

I downloaded amule and the application appears on my applications but when I double click to open the screen just vibrates and the application does not open. any idea what could be wrong? My firewall is OFF.

Let me guess, you use Mac OS X? Please download the "2.2.2 with GeoIP/IP2Country" package from here (http://forum.amule.org/index.php?topic=13920.0).
