Title: clean downloads menu

I don't know if it is already requested...
but, when we click on a file in downloading we can see "resume" also if it is in progress and "pause also when it is paused" but unactive...

then if its is unactive, why just don't remove it for a clean menu?

It's visible, but greyed out to indicate it's not available here. Ever-changing menues are not a good idea for guis. Ever worked with Lotus Notes?  :P

no, but if you use any audio player you don't see 2 button for play or pause, just an example...
