Title: I like to have the aLink-Creator to make AICH-Hashes

I like to have a option in the aLink-Creator to make AICH-Hashes. Till now we only can make plain-ed2k-links or ed2k-links with the very long Part-Hash.

The amule and amuled can create AICH, please implemet it to the alc and alcc too.
