I tried forwarding both the standard port numbers and then switched to custom port number (5 digits) and forwarded these aswell.
I can connect, search and schedule downloads but in almost all cases I see 0 sources for all new downloads in the DL list.
I also get low IDs according to the log window.
I forwarded in the hardware router and I tried forwarding any to any (type of connection) for the used ports in the software firewall of OS X. I also tried with the software firewall switched off.
I disconnect and re-connect to various servers but that doesnt help.
I am not using Peer Guardian at the moment, either.
I got no problems with bittorrent. What buttons do I have to push to make amule work?
2.2.3 on OS X

My modem includes the internal IP in port forwarding rules. How can I find out if the problem is here?
I have my modem connected to a router, the computer connected to the router.
I also tried amule with direct LAN connection to the modem. The result was the same.
I have all TCP and UDP connections for the 4xxx range used by emule servers forwarded.
Anything else I can do?

This issue is resolved:
The reason was that the internal IP address is different now so the forwarding was assigned to the old internal IP of my PC (which is no longer used at the moment).
I also created rules for forwarding in the OS X firewall. I used the program WaterRoof for this.
