Title: Hanlde categories in amulecmd and amuleweb

I'm using amulegui to create and manage categories

but sometimes i cannot use the gui because i'm away from my pc.
So i connect via amuleweb or via amulecmd (after an ssh login to remote machine). This tools are greats ! But... can you add handling of categories in amulecmd and / or in amuleweb ?

Possibly. Low priority (at least to me).

Set lower or higher prio is avaiable yet in amulecmd
