Hi... Can anyone tell me what's the best distribution of linux?
Newbies, intermidiate and advanced users... Thanks...

It's just a matter of taste. Now that tehre are so many live distros based on other popular non-live ones, you can freely try them and decide.
Have a good Linux experience ;-)
Regards.

Well let see....
For newbie
RedHat (or Fedora)
Suse
Mandrake
I am sure the are more out there, but these are the popular ones
Intermediate-Experienced
Gentoo
Slackware
Again, there are many distros outthere that you can use. Just to get an idea, visit .http://www.linux.org/dist/list.html (http://www.linux.org/dist/list.html)

for beginners, you should buy a copy of the suse linux distribution.
version 9.0 contains about 1000 pages paper of manuals and howtos.
come CDs and even DVDs are included + telefon and mail support.
it's the main linux distribution in germany, maybe europa sometimes...
i changed after 2 years of suse to FreeBSD, but that's not for newbs ;)

There isn't a best distro. Each distro has it owns qualities...
Imho if you're a newbie you should try mandrake. If you are a nerd, try gentoo, debian or slackware..

There is no best distro, just distro u prefer...
IMHO, Mandrake for desktop use, Debian for server use. Thats not the best, just the one i prefer. Just like my wife :)
