Title: server.met not being downloaded

Noticed this while checking logs on the other bugsAt start the server.met  urls from  amule.conf and  ~/.aMule/addresses.dat aren't being loaded.

Logfile just says "failed" with no more explanation given.

Stu: which setting needs dialling up to find this one?

Should be fixed in 10102.
