Title: IPFilter windows

Some mods (eg Emule MorphXT ) have a window/wizard that shows how many filtered clients there are for every IP range in the block list.

Is it possible to implement that on amule , maybe as an option so to not eat lots of memory if user doesn't need it ?

Yes, it is possible. However, I don't think any developer would give it high priority at the moment.
