Title: [2.3.1rc1] transferrate in title

Hi,

on my (german) preferences window the two buttons "Vor dem Anwendungsnamen" (i. e. in front of) and "Nach dem Anwendungsnamen" (i. e. behind) seems to be mixed up.
I get:
"Nach dem Anwendungsnamen" (upper button) --> in front of application name
"Vor dem Anwendungsnamen" (lower button) --> behind application name
can anyone verify this in his language?
