aMule 2.2.1 with wx 2.8.7 feels like the year 2008 to me. Thanks for posting, but we've moved past supporting this version.

Thanks!

I thought that apt delivers always the newest versions to me. I am using Debian 5.0.8. Do I have to upgrade to squeeze?

Thanks
Magnus

In this particular case, aMule and Debian releases are not very good coordinated, so you are better-off compiling from scratch.
