Title: FreeBSD - aMule-2.0.0rc7 port / packages !

Hi all, the FreeBSD rc7 port is now available on my website : http://contribs.martymac.com. I've also added binaries for those who don't want to spend time to compile. The port works on FreeBSD 4.10 and 5.2.1. Any feedback welcome. I've changed some options to the Makefile : amule-ed2k-handler is now amule-ed2k, and cmd+GUI options are now joined in global ones. Do a "make config" prior to the "make install" to update your config file.

I tweaked this port a bit in order to use wxGtk 2.5.2
search window is blank now  :(

That's a bug with wxGTK 2.5.2 and GTK2, it's fixed in 2.5.3 though.

I compiled rc7 on FreeBSD 5.3-RC2 with wxGtk-2.5.3 and it runs fine (no more empty search window) :)

http://ftp://rusunix.org/pub/patches/aMule2.patch - patch for this port (in order to compile with wxGtk-2.5.3)

i just finished a portupgrade...no more errors ;)

my beta4 still makes problems just by freezing the computer,
this should be changed with RCx...but i'm still waiting for the RELEASE...

however...works fine with 5.3 ;)

Is it possible to get files from wxgtk2-devel/files/* and  wxgtk2-devel/* somehow from you ?

why do you need this files? just make an portupgrade via cvsup and you'll get all files you need! ;)


by the way...when will be the RC8 available in the portscollection? the binary still won't download at my machine...2 days uptime...2MB download :(

plus an additional entry in the amule download repository *g*.
