I notice when i start amule by daemon: amuled
the source i could find is much less than what i get from amule-gui. and that make me download very slow under daemon.
is there any mechanism difference between daemon version and gui? I guess daemon version use same configuration parameter as gui.

No, there's no difference. However, gui and "non-gui" uses different ways to implement a timer.
Anyway, I'm aware of the problem - several people reported it; but still have no clue what caused such difference.
It looks ok @ my computer. So, any help here is appreciated :)

Where or how can I get this deamon version?

Not "where" - but "how". You will need wx 2.5.3 at least. Pass --enable-amule-daemon to configure and it will make "amuled".
Controll it via amuleweb or amulecmd
