Hi,
Thanx for the link, however, this is the lib I had.
I found a link myself:
http://rpm.pbone.net.
There I found the needed lib.
Thanx anyway

oh wait, my bad.
i've make the rpm under suse 9.3 thats why it asks under 9.2 for the libs.. :))
*/ edit
there are now rpms of amule 2.0.1 for each suse release (8.2 - 9.3)

The Suse 9.0 RPM also asks for the libbfd... and installing binutils does not help...
-
if you are suse 9.0 user and you download amule for suse 9.0, there should be no problem as long as you use binutils for 9.0.
http://ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/i386/9.0/suse/i586/binutils-2.14.90.0.5-47.i586.rpm this should be the right one

I'm a Suse 9.1 user, used the 8.2/9.0/9.1 amule 2.0.0 version (started without problems), so I used the 9.0 amule 2.0.1, since that was the closest match.
The error:
./amule: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.14.90.0.5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I installed binutils with libbfd 2.14.90, but no luck...

just wait a bit till i'm done with amule for suse 9.1
-
Okay, I'll be patient. ;)
-
thx :P ;)
-
and here we go: http://download.berlios.de/amule/aMule-2.0.1-1.i586-SuSE_9.1.rpm
-
And the 9.1 Suse RPM is running fine! Tnx! :D
