Title: ip filtering

I have some strange behaviour: when I place new ipfilter.dat file in ~/.aMule, aMule tells that 133 000 ips were loaded but when I run aMule for a third time I have only about 95 000 ips loaded; is it normal?? ipfilter.dat is still the same, at least I didn't change it.

Overlapping ranges with the same level will be merged or erased upon loading, so the count will be lower if there were any overlaps when the file is saved and reloaded.
