Title: Option to drop starting dot

Just wondering if it would be possible to have an option to remove any dot's at the beginning of the file name.

Just spent half an hour looking for a file I knew I had downloaded, only to realise that it had been hidden because of the starting dot.  :(

Doesn't the "cleanup filename" option do that? I think it does.
