What is exactly "EC REQ" which need CPU ?

Guess you're talking about the release group code, right?

It's an External Connection Request.

But what do u mean by external connexion request ? what is the pourpose of this function ? Google doesnt tell many things about it ...

google doesn't find anything cos it's amule-only stuff.

It's the protocol used for external connecting to amule (amulecmd, webserver, etc)

No. the --enable-release-grp is BUGGy, UNUSEFUL and NOT AVAIABLE YET.

EC are activated on ~/.eMule file, try searching for amulecmd in the forum.
