Title: Reload .part.met for a specific file

As my problems with the corrupted parts can be fixed using DonkeyDoctor (see this thread: http://www.amule.org/amule/thread.php?sid=&postid=3834#post3834), It can be interesting to allow (somehow) to reload the par.met of a specific download without having to restart the entire aMule.

I know, not many people would need it, but maybe it is not very difficult to implement...

It is very difficult to implement imho.

Loading of files happens just ONCE on a run. That's why. We would have to destroy the KnowFile of that part.met, then readd it, blahblah...


maybe some day ;)
