Title: Newbie needs help with log error message

What does the following error in aMule log at launch mean?  I had a similar error -- aMule couldn't find the 'server.met.new' folder -- and sure enough it wasn't there, so I created one.  Obviously that didn't work.  What will?  Is this significant, or can/should I ignore it?

Thanks for any assistance.

aMule log message:

CFile: Failed to open file '/Users/forrest/Library/Application Support/aMule/server.met.new!

Next line: Failed to save server.met!
Next and last line in log: Saving of server-list completed.

It's not looking for a folder called "server.met.new", it's looking for a file.  By creating a folder with that name, you're actually preventing aMule from creating the file it wants.

Remove the folder you created and try again.
