Title: Installazione Su Mac

Salve a tutti sono un neofita del forum e da poco uso Amule 2.0.3
Ho trovato la verione di aMule 2.1.0 per mac Ox ed ho scaricato il file "aMule-2.1.0-Mac_Tiger.only.zip"
Problema quando lancio il file scompattato il programma mi va in ''palla'' e dal dock mi dice che l'applicazione non risponde.

Quanlcuno mi può dare una mano

Inanzitutto Benvenuto  :D !
Da quello he ricordo, mi sembra che ci siano stati dei problemi con aMule 2.1.0 e Mac OS X 10.4.4 conosciuti e non so siano stati risolti, prova con questo (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?postid=49206#post49206) pacchetto, dovrebbe funzionare senza problemi  ;)

Hi pmcuneo-

Truzzone just pointed me to this thread. Unfortunately, I don't speak any Italian, so all I know is that aMule crashes on you during startup. So hopefully you understand a bit of English, otherwise Truzzone has to be our translator... ;)

To get an idea of what is going wrong it would be great if you could start aMule through the Terminal (based on these instructions (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?postid=49716#post49716)) and post the output you get either in English in the other thread or in Italian in this thread.

The file you attached is actually just a Terminal configuration file, which does not contain the information we need. You probably got the file by doing a "Save As..." from the Terminal window.

What we need instead is the text inside the actual Terminal window, which should look something like this:

Initialising aMule
Checking if there is an instance already running...
No other instances are running.
Loading temp files from /Volumes/FireHD/amule/temp.

All PartFiles Loaded.
ListenSocket: Ok.

*** TCP socket (ECServer) listening on 0.0.0.0:4712
*** Server UDP socket (TCP+3) at 0.0.0.0:4665
*** TCP socket (TCP) listening on 0.0.0.0:4662
*** Client UDP socket (extended eMule) at 0.0.0.0:4666
...You can just copy and paste that text directly into your reply. :)

Hi Lionel77, Truzzone

Ho risolto il problema non avevo eliminato la cartella di configurazione di amule della prima versione di amule 2.10.
Cancellandola  e lanciando Amule mi dice che è la prima volta che lanciavo amule e poi si è connesso.

Poichè il mio inglese fa schifo per cortesia Truzzone poui tradurre a Lionel77 queste righe (per tradurre io uso Google per cui potrei inviare qualche oscenità.

@Lionel77, Translation (With my English  :)) ):
pmcuneo forgot to remove the old config file of the previous installation of aMule, when he deleted the files and restarted aMule, he connect without problem  :D

Not sure why 2.1.0 had problems with the 2.0.3 settings, but it seems like a few people now have experienced a similar thing.

Anyway, I'm glad it's working for you again, pmcuneo, and thanks again Truzzone for your translation effords. :)
