Title: Can't seach chinese files in amule 2.1.0
Post by: phyrster on February 06, 2006, 03:42:16 AM
I am running amule on Debian Sid and when I type in Chinese in search bar and click search, nothing happened.

It seems that search Chinese files function is not working. What is cauing this problem?

I am using en_US.UTF-8 locale and scim input method for Chinese.

I got same locale but use gcin to input traditional chinese, finally i get same problem...
i suggest to write your text somewhere else than copy/paste to search window, in this way i can get results.
Other problem is aMule cannot display characters so it`s difficoult to manage results...

A bug which is already fixed in the development version.

aMule 2.1.1 will be released in the near future, this version will have the fix.
