Title: newly installed aMule has problems

I just installed aMule on my mac. I configured it normally and tried to connect but.. it gave me an error in the bottom left... it says: No valid servers found in server list

the log window says:
2006-03-09 13:26:00: Connecting
2006-03-09 13:26:00: No valid servers found in server list
2006-03-09 13:26:00: Read 127 Kad contacts

i tried downloading a new server list.. but nothing will help.

I would appreciate some advice, I have had this work before.. and it was great!

The server.met URL that we supply as the default is unfortunately not working at the moment.  gruk.org is no longer providing it.  Google for a server.met file and use the URL that you find.  Or, if you like, you can download whatever server.met you find directly with your browser and put it in Home -> Library -> Application Support -> aMule.
