Hi everyone,
I have followed the howto about ed2k links and aMule. So I have installed mozex and restart mozilla-firebird (0.7). Then I put the "/usr/bin/ed2k %r" command to handle ed2k links.
After all that I restarded mozilla-firebird but still when I try to add some server.met files or some ed2k links from sharereactor the browser tells me that "ed2k is not a registered protocol".
What do I have to do?
Thanks in advance.

maybe your ed2k is in /usr/local/bin ?
if yes, change it to /usr/local/bin/ed2k %r

That's right my ed2k is in /usr/bin so my command is "/usr/bin/ed2k %r" an I even tried the "/usr/bin/ed2k.amule %r" because I run Debian/Sid. But still I have the same message "ed2k is not a registered protocol".

maybe cos of the strange ed2k.amule .. it works for sure if compiled from a tarball or installed from rpm ..

the message says is not a registered protocol, so it's either mozex or Moxzilla's fault.
