Do not use " " in name file, is possible to rename during download pressing F2 in name file. (ok this english is orrible)

Italian text: Puoi rinominare i file durante il download premendo F2 nell'interfaccia di amule, dato che viene usato l'hash non succede nulla.

As trekfan1 stated do not use "" in filename as it will have conflict with the OS's file name label scheme as it will return illegal character which as you see. Also even if it allowed it you would have problem when searching for it on ED2K. Try to make labels in human readable formats.

Yes. Thank you. But now  what can I do with these non-erasable, not renameable, useless files?

Is there any way for you to move the file inside another isolated dir by itself? If so then try to use 'mv *.* NewFile' from CLI as root. You may also be able to compress the file using zip or tar and then inside rename it.

There's no way to rename them via the integrated web interface. I don't know how to rename them via the remote GUI interface once the download is complete.
